Sheryl Chalupa has served Goodwill Industries of South Central California as President and Chief Executive Officer since April 2001. Under her leadership, the local Goodwill has seen a significant growth in the number of clients served and revenue generated, an increase from eight to eleven locations, and the relocation and expansion of three existing locations. Before joining Goodwill Industries, Ms. Chalupa served as Executive Director of Girl Scouts - Joshua Tree Council. Ms. Chalupa holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, both from California State University, Bakersfield. Additionally, she holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and is a Certified Executive with Goodwill Industries International. With Goodwill Industries, Ms. Chalupa currently serves as a member of the Goodwill Industries International Board of Directors In 2007, she was appointed to the State Compensation Insurance Fund Board of Directors by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Her involvement in the community includes membership in the Bakersfield Rotary Club and service on the boards of the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce, the Kern Economic Development Corporation Foundation, WESTEC (Westside Energy Services & Education Center), League of Dreams, and the CSUB Public Policy and Administration Advisory Board. In 2010, Ms. Chalupa joined some very elite company when she was inducted into the CSUB Alumni Hall of Fame. |

Randy Walker has over fifteen years of experience in the Human Resources and Investigations fields, with additional assignments in information technology, employee safety, loss prevention, CalOSHA, and worker's compensation administration. He has over nine years experience serving with not-for-profit organizations, including five with Goodwill Industries of South Central California. Mr. Walker is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, ASIS International Security Organization, and the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. His community involvement includes serving on the Executive Committee for the Kern Critical Incident Response Team, and volunteer participation with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central California and the Bakersfield Chapter of Make-A-Wish. |

Ken Beurmann came to Goodwill Industries of South Central California in 2009. Mr. Beurmann was born and raised in Bakersfield where he attended Liberty High School and then began his collegiate career at California State University, Bakersfield where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in just three years of course work. During the 2006-2007 academic school year while at CSUB, Mr. Beurmann was privileged enough to have been elected to serve his fellow students as their Student Body President. Mr. Beurmann then went on to Graduate school where he obatined his Masters Degree in Communication Management in just one year from the School of Annenberg Communications at the University of Southern California. After returning to Bakersfield, Mr. Beurmann became the Research & Development Department Manager for a locally owned physical therapy company, where he successfully helped the Bakersfield-based organization expand its services to Fresno in less than one year. Mr. Beurmann is a graduate of current CIA Director Leon Panetta's Institute for Public Policy and he has served on multiple statewide collegiate student organizations. Currently, Mr. Beurmann is a member of the Bakersfield Breakfast Club Rotary, Mayor Harvey Hall's HIRE Executive Committee, and the CSUB Council of 100. |

Jim Lambert has thirty-three years of professional experience including positions of increasing responsibility in public and private accounting and in management and litigation consulting. Mr. Lambert received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration (Dartmouth College). He holds a California CPA certificate for practice in private industry. His areas of responsibility include: general ledger and payroll accounting, corporate finance, investments, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. |
