Rhonda Higgins joined Goodwill Industries of South Central California in April 2009 as the Purchasing Coordinator. She was promoted to HR Coordinator January 2010. She has over 8 years of human resources and business management experience. Mrs. Higgins is a member of Society for Human Resources Management. Currently, Rhonda is working towards her HR Certifications.

Ramon Garza joined Goodwill Industries of South Central California in October of 2008 under the Manager in training program. He was assigned the position of assistant manager at the Coffee Rd store after a year Ramon was promoted to store manager of the Union Ave. clearance center. One year later Ramon was promoted to store manager at the Downtown Store. Three months later Ramon accepted the position of Safety coordinator. Ramon has been in the retail business for over 35 years. He has a Bachelor degree in History / Psychology with a minor in Mexican American Graduate Studies from San Jose State University.

Tammy Horn joined Goodwill Industries in November 2009 as the Human Resources Clerk. She has over 5 years administrative experience. Currently Tammy working towards her HR Certifications.
