Daniel Dixon has 19 years of management experience including the past seven years in the retail industry. His management background includes multiple site restaurant management, grocery, and Information Technologies. Mr. Dixon's experience includes site location, facility maintenance and improvement, as well as strategic planning. Current areas of responsibility include all phases of operation for eleven retail and donation facilities in the territory. Mr. Dixon currently represents Goodwill Industries of South Central California at Voluntary Organizations Acting in Disaster (VOAD), a non-profit disaster response organization. |

Eddie Delgado has been employed by Goodwill Industries of South Central California for seventeen years. Mr. supervises all solicitation, material handling, warehousing, transportation, and salvage operations for the donated goods/retail operation. Mr. Delgado holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, is a Certified Forklift Instructor, and has training from the National Highway Carrier and Certified Commercial Carrier License. Previously, Mr. Delgado was the Materials Flow Coordinator responsible for the fair distribution and organization of donated goods throughout the local retail network, as well as transportation and warehouse supervision. On Tuesday and Friday evenings, Mr. Delgado provides training to individuals seeking to earn their Class A driver's license and improve their English skills. |

Bonnie Silvey came to Goodwill Industries of South Central California with more than 20 years of office experience including accounting, bookkeeping , data input with nine years of management positions. Her experience includes Kern River oil field administration, Franchise Tax Board, Elections Division, a sanitary supply company. She also partnered with her husband to manage their own business. Ms Silvey has 6 years management experience with Goodwill. She is currently store manager for the Olive Dr Goodwill Store and donation facility. |

Monica Hernandez, was born and raised in Delano California, where she attended Delano High school. When she came to Goodwill in 1998 as the Delano Goodwill Store Manager she had 14 years prior retail manager experience. In 2006, Ms Hernandez attended the Goodwill Industries Retail Services Training Program in Portland, Oregon. Ms.Hernandez is the mother of 4 teens, all very active in sports. |

Amber Lobos was born and raised in Bakersfield, California where she graduated from North High School in 1999. Ms Lobos attended San Joaquin Valley College in 2000-2001 received an AS degree in Administrative Office Professional. She and her husband have two young children. Amber came to Goodwill Industries of South Central California in 2005 as a supervisor . Ms Lobos has been manager of the Goodwill Bookstore, since December of 2009. |

Alex Gonzalez has 19 years of Management experience including the past 17 years in the retail industry, and over 5 years of them working with Goodwill Industries of South Central California. His management background includes site location, facility establishment from grounds up,facility security, maintenance, and improvement, as well as strategic planning and development in the short and long term. Responsibilities have included the training and development of other Management staff, establishment of new store sites, and identifying, developing and implementing process improvements on all phases of site management and operation, including their donation facilities. |

After coming to the United States from Mexico, Carlos Lopez worked as a farm field worker. He then went on to work as a printer operator, furniture salesman, driver, and warehouse worker. Mr. Lopez was hired by Goodwill Industries of South Central California in 1994. He started as a material handler before working his way up to Clearance Center store manager. He currently manages the Union Ave. Clearance Center. |

Selah Perez was born and raised in Southern California. In 1999 Ms. Perez arrived at Goodwill Industries of South Central California to receive retail skills training. She was then hired as a cashier and quickly progressed to the position of store manager. In 2008, Ms Perez attended the Goodwill Industries Retail Services Training Program in Portland, Oregon. Selah has been the Delano, Goodwill Store manager since 2004. |

Stacey Duncan was born and raised in Taft, Ca. She has 12 years experience in management, 5 of which have been with Goodwill Industries of South Central California. Currently she and her staff work with the Transition to Independent Living Program (TIL) at Taft Community College. TIL is a 2 year program that allows Developmentally Disabled Adult's to gain work experience and independence so that they can live on their own. She is also active with the Taft Chamber of Commerce. Mrs.. Duncan has been Store manager for the Taft Goodwill Store since 2005. |
